Golden Jubilee Reunion of the Batch of 1975
Back to Mayo after 50Years !!

In 2025, the Class of 1975 returned to Mayo College to mark fifty years since graduation—a milestone that carried both celebration and reflection. Nearly 150 batchmates and their partners gathered in Ajmer, reconnecting with the spaces, friendships, and shared experiences that had shaped their formative years. What stood out was not just the warmth of reunion, but the ease with which time seemed to dissolve, as if the intervening decades had only deepened the bond.
Yet, this gathering was not only about looking back. It was also about asking a simple question: what does one do with the privilege of having received so much?

Out of that reflection emerged a collective initiative—to create a corpus-based scholarship fund supporting the education of children of Mayo’s non-teaching staff. The batch has set an ambitious target corpus of ₹1.5 crore, of which approximately ₹90 lakhs have already been contributed to the Mayo Endowment Fund. The impact has begun immediately—this year alone, over 30 girls have been selected to receive scholarships amounting to more than ₹6.5 lakhs across various schools.
The intent is clear: to extend opportunity with dignity, and to acknowledge the larger ecosystem that quietly contributed to their growth.
The 50th reunion thus became more than a milestone event. It was a reaffirmation of shared values—a recognition that the true legacy of Mayo lies not just in what it gives its students, but in what they choose to give back.
